Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings. After canceling, you'll continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year and save you about 17% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Family annual plan is NT$1,990/year, which works out to just NT$166/month.
What happens when my free trial uses run out?
Free plan AI analysis and OCR uses reset monthly. If you need more, you can subscribe to a paid plan. All other core features (QoL tracking, medication management, etc.) remain free forever.
Can I upgrade from Family to Big Family?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time within the app's subscription settings. Apple will automatically handle prorated charges.
Do AI analysis uses reset each month?
Yes. AI analysis and OCR scan quotas reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
